Conversions

Although I use the American measurements most frequently in my recipes, I will occasionally use the metric system. Below are some great resources to help you convert, if needed:

Deb from smitten kitchen has a wonderful table of cooking conversions, from temperature conversions to volume equivalents.

Clotilde at Chocolate & Zucchini has an extensive table of conversions, complete with volume-to-weight equivalents from her own experience.

Since these two resources are so good, I felt it was redundant to design a new page with conversions. I refer to Deb’s and Clotilde’s pages for my cooking.
