Ingredients
1 shot homemade sweet and sour mix (see my last post for the recipe)
1 shot amaretto
1 shot apple cider
splash of seltzer water
1 tablespoon turbinado sugar mixed with ½ teaspoon cinnamon placed on a plate
citrus wedge
Instructions
Use the citrus wedge to rim a glass. Dip the glass rim into the sugar-cinnamon mix.
Mix sweet and sour mix, amaretto, and apple cider.
Fill sugar-rimmed glass with ice (or chill mixture if you prefer not to water down the drink), and fill with amaretto mixture. Top with a splash of seltzer. Serve immediately.
