Instructions
Allow frozen cookie dough to thaw in the fridge overnight.
Slice into slabs (about ¾ cm) and use your cookie cutters to cut desired shapes.
Bake about 7 minutes (or longer, depending on size), or until the tops are no longer shiny. Aim for a matte finish. Cool slightly on baking sheet before transferring to rack to cool completely.
Store in airtight container for a few days.
